Steve Dougherty is a lifelong Northern Virginian.  After 11 years working in the federal government, including one year in the White House, he became a licensed real estate agent and has been helping buyers, sellers, and landlords with their real estate needs since 1995.  Prior to joining Integrity Real Estate, he worked with RE/MAX 100 for 26 years, where he received the RE/MAX Lifetime Hall of Fame award, among others.  Steve lives in the Franconia area, and his wife Holly is the President of the Mount Vernon - Springfield Chamber of Commerce. They are the parents of six children and six grandchildren.
